"Either BOF or EOF is True..." When saving a customer record

Error

The following error occurs when attempting to save a customer or post an invoice to your accounting system:

Could not save customer: Either BOF or EOF is True, or the current record has been deleted.

This error is caused when the customer you are saving or attempting to post an invoice for no longer has a Location 00001.

Resolution

To fix this problem, bring up the customer in the Enter Customers screen, create Location 00001, and click Save.
