The location name is required.

Description of Error:

When recalling a customer on the customer entry screen the following message is displayed:

The location name is required.

Cause of Error:

This error is caused when the Location Name field on the Locations tab is left blank. This is generally the result of importing customers from QuickBooks that have an incomplete shipping address.

Resolution:

This can be corrected as these customers are discovered by simply typing anything in the Location Name field and then saving the customer.
