Why isn't the ESC Collection Manager showing a customer's number?

Within ESC's Collection Manager it will display a Customer's Last name or First name but no Customer number. ESC is unable to open this customers account or display their statements.

Cause of Issue:

This issue is caused when the customer exists only within QuickBooks and is not matched to an ESC customer. ESC will display the customer within the Collection Manager Screen but can't do anything with it.

Resolution:

Run through the QuickBooks Connection Wizard and add the customer to ESC.
