The seminar will start by educating you on how ESC Accounting can work for you. We will cover all the ESC Accounting options along with the interaction of the service management area. As the class progresses, we will teach you how to handle increasingly complex situations that will build on what you have already learned. This method makes the seminar perfect for both first time users and those that have been using ESC for years. This seminar is designed for anyone in the back office with an emphasis on the ESC Accounting procedures. It starts from entering the chart of accounts through the generation of financial reports.

  • Setup your chart of accounts, create budgets, and generate useful reports
  • Perform month-end and year-end procedures
  • Purchase goods and services using purchase orders and paying bills
  • Enter quotes, sales and accounts receivables transactions
  • Use the Collection Manager
  • Configure service agreements and service agreement amortization
  • Handle common banking transactions
  • Memorize transactions and automate running credit cards
  • Payroll setup, posting payroll from dispatch, issuing checks, direct deposit, job costing and more
