Welcome to our Onboarding Program!

Thanks for joining the family and welcome to the dESCO Onboarding program! You are naturally excited, so we have built a 9 part curriculum that is designed to get you using ESC as quickly as possible with the least effort.

  • Who: Offered exclusive to new ESC customers
  • What: Guided process to get you live in 30 days
  • When: 4 x 1 hour sessions (9:00 AM or 4:00 PM) + 2 hour installation
  • How: Recorded Sessions + User Guides + Live training

You will be assigned an implementation manager (IM) to install and configure your software. Most importantly, your IM will lead you through the guided learning path outlined below.

In the meantime, we have assembled an invaluable collection of tools, articles and videos to help you become familiar with ESC. This way you will quickly become proficient in your most common tasks and quickly extract the most value from your investment in dESCO.

Discovery Document:

A list of simple questions that helps us understand the unique needs of your business. Some sample questions: Do you have an accounting software? Who will use ESC? Do you have agreements? Do you track inventory? Etc.

Project Plan:

What happens next? This excel file outlines the proven steps to success in order to start extracting value as quickly as possible. What training to watch and what articles to read. All mapped out to keep it simple!

Guided learning path:

We will be sending short reminders with easy to use resources that are aligned with the project plan. We know the best sequence of topics to ensure retention and will include simple tasks to reinforce your skills after each session.

Videos and Getting Started Guides:

“Let me show you”… We have created a collection of recorded sessions and articles that will help you to become a master at ESC. Your business comes first, so read and watch when you have time and follow up in person with your questions.

Terminology:

You know your industry and have a unique language. Like a dictionary, this is a list of terms that are used by ESC. Quickly establishing a common understanding across key terms is critical to learning so we outline these terms prior to each training session.
