Electronic Service Control allows for multiple templates in the Sales module to accommodate Invoices, Quotes, Credit Memos and Packing Slips. You have the option of editing the forms that are already available in ESC, or adding new ones.

How to I edit my Invoice forms?

1. Go to File → Print Options → Forms and click on Customize next to Invoice Forms. (You can also click on the link "Form" on the Sales Invoicing screen.)
2. In the Invoice Forms screen, highlight the form you wish to make changes to.
3. Click the Design button. This will open the Layout Designer.
4. Click the Save and Close button once you are finished with your changes.

How do I create new Invoice forms?

1. Go to File → Print Options → Forms and click on Customize next to Invoice Forms. (You can also click on the link "Form" on the Sales Invoicing screen.)
2. In the Invoice Forms screen, click the Add New button.
3. Give the new form a name.
4. Select the type of form you wish to create.
5. You now have the option of duplicating the layout of an existing form, importing a template into the new form or creating a blank form. Click the button next to your selection and hit OK.

How do I import a new Invoice form?

1. Download an Invoice Form from the selection below.
2. Go to File → Print Options → Forms and click on Customize next to Invoice Forms. (You can also click on the link "Form" on the Sales Invoicing screen.)
3. Highlight the form you want the template imported into. (If you want to import the template as a new form, follow the steps above under "How do I create new Invoice forms?")
4. Click the Import button and select the form you downloaded.
