Electronic Service Control only allows for a single Receivables Statement template at a time. You can customize this form using the Layout Designer in ESC. Should you decide to return to the default Statement layout or wish to start over fresh, you may download the default template below.
How do I replace my current Receivables Statement template?
- Download the default template from below.
- Go to File → Print Options → Forms. You'll see three options next to Receivables Statement: Customize, Import, Export.
- If you wish to save your current Statement form first, click Export.
- Now click Import and select the file you downloaded to your computer.
