On Order Parts List Report

This report will print all of the parts that have been entered on all or selected purchase orders that have not been received yet.  For each inventory item, the report will display the part number, description, purchase order number, date entered, date requested, quantity ordered, quantity received, balance to be received quantity, and job number.
