The alternate numbers are used in conjunction with the Caller ID service to identify customers when they call.
This setup screen can be accessed from the Activities menu in the Enter Customers → Edit Customer Information screen.
Add a Number
To manually add a number to the list, double click the first empty field, enter the phone number (including area code) and press tab. Click Save when you're done adding numbers.
Change a Number
To change a number, double-click the number to be changed and modify it as desired. Click Save when you are done.
Delete a Number
To delete a number, click the number and press the Delete key on your keyboard.
