Service Agreement Report

This screen is used to view or print detailed information about service agreements. Some examples of possible reports are:

• A list of customers whose service agreements will be expiring in the next two months.
• A list of all premium service agreements.
• A list of all service agreements in a particular zone that require scheduled service within the next three months.
• A list of all service agreements that require scheduled service next month.

This can be very useful in getting a jump on contacting customers who have upcoming maintenance visits scheduled, as well as generating a list of customers whose agreements are about to expire in order to sell them a renewal.
