Agreement Usage Report

This report displays the usage data from Service Agreements.  An agreement is set up for a customer, and usage amounts are set per time period.  As history codes are used in Sales Invoicing for this agreement, you are prompted for quantities that are used, whether they be copies, service hours, pool maintenance supplies, etc.  The Agreement Usage Report displays running totals, agreement types, contract amounts, contract dates, last renewal and expiration dates, and salesperson.
