The Rejected Quote Analysis Report will provide you with the number of quotes rejected - and their totals - broken down by the reason the quote was rejected. These numbers are additionally broken down by the Sales Person
Use this field in the Enter Customers screen to set a default sales person for a customer. This sales person will then automatically appear on all invoices for this customer by default.
so that you may see who has rejected quotes.
In the Enter Quotes screen, the Status field helps to track the current standing of the Quote. When the Status field is changed to "Rejected" the "Reason Rejected" field appears where you can select the 'reason' from a drop down list.
