Search using an underscore

When searching for customers in ESC, it's common to use multiple search terms.

Example w/out Underscore: Cellular One

While this can be useful, it may return more results than intended. This is because ESC is searching all of your search terms independently. In the image below we're searching for Cellular One

Instead, try searching using an underscore: _

Example w/ Underscore: Cellular_One

This will efficiently narrow the results to exactly what you want. You can use this underscore for more than just Names, it can work with addresses and numbers as well.
