In regards to Cayan integration

As a reminder, our partnership with Cayan will be ending as of October 31, 2019.

After this date, we will be unable to support or assist with any Cayan related issues and the Cayan integration may no longer be compatible with ESC.

With this change, we wanted you to be the first to know that FieldEdge Payments for ESC, our in-house payment processor, is only weeks away from receiving our biggest, most exciting updates since the launch! Here's a sneak peek of what's to come:

EMV Readers
Credit cards can now be processed from the mobile app using EMV quick chip technology.

In-Office Swiping
By connecting the USB reader into your ESC Workstation, collect payments directly from the office, eliminating manual card entry.

Card on File
Users can save a credit card for use on future payments. We've also added the ability to save a credit card on file - directly from the mobile app. For your customers who don't currently have a card on file, ESC Mobile will ask whether you wish to store the credit card once it's swiped.

Recurring Payments
Regardless of which accounting package you are on, a stored credit card can be applied to future recurring payments.

As a valued customer, our team wants to ensure that you have the best integrated payments user experience possible. This goal led us to the decision that it was best to operate independently from Cayan.
