Answering Service
Good Morning
We are looking for an answering service that can use ESC to schedule calls for us on the weekend when we are closed. Is anyone using a service that has experience with ESC?

Hi Eric,
Sorry for the delay in getting to you. We do use a service called Keystone Answering Service for nights and weekends. I have given them a login to our account via the ESC Mobile for Windows app. This way they can enter calls for us and assign it to technicians that are on call. The only downside is sometimes they get the clients wrong, or can't add a location correctly and we have to fix it the next day. Otherwise, between Answering Service and our Techs we don't have to get involved too much during those off hours but work is still getting done correctly.
I have given them limited abilities via their user profile and clear instructions on how they are to create the dispatch and they do it for us.
Hope that helps. It sure beats having one of our people be available to take calls during the nights or weekends. Hit me up with any specifics you might need.
