Key Performance Indicators HELP!
I am trying to break out revenue and total calls by 5 categories by 2 departments. Demand Service and Maintenance
1. Diagnosis Fee Only
2.Repairs and Average ticket
3.If a customer purchase Service Plan or Not and average amount
4. If a customer Replaced and average amount
5. If customer purchase IAQ products and avg. amount
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
Are you looking to only use ESC reporting or do you use backend reporting like Crystal Reports/SSRS/or Database Queries?
I have never used Crystal Reports but whatever would allow me to get the data
