ESC Connection Server not connection

As per the alert in the ESC Main program, I updated my database and clients to 15.00.28. The Main program also suggested there was an update to the Connection Server 15.0.25 (which I thought I was on anyway). Now, Connection Server will not connect to the database, my techs cannot use Mobile, and the alert about an update to Connection Server still is in the Main program. The only help I can seem to locate is in the Windows Application Log where it states "Version 0015.0000.0025 of ESC Connections Server cannot connect database version 0015.0000.0028.  Please confirm your ESC version matches your ESC Connections Server version."

Anyone else experience something similar? Is there anyway to revert my ESC Main program back to 15.00.25 to get the 2 programs back in sync? ugh! help!

  • Ok. Solved my own problem. In case anyone else experiences this, I uninstalled Connection Server and downloaded a fresh copy and re-installed. It appears this has cleaned up both the red indicators in Connection Server and the alert upgrade notice in ESC Main. Techs are reporting connected again. whew!
