Item Codes
We have flat rate pricing for service work and I have made our own billing codes for bigger installs. Is there a way to link to item codes in ESC to the item codes in Quickbooks. They are the same codes. When invoices get posted to Quickbooks its automatically uses the item Job Income. I want to be able to link these together so I can pull a reports on item codes. ex: how many times a code is being used, what customers are using what codes?
Does any one have a solution to this or know how I can pull these reports?

Now that I am looking back through it, it is a billing code that I created that I am looking to pull a report on. The item codes that I have are part of our flat rate book.
Hey Danielle!
I went ahead and created a ticket for this post. I want to have a tech give you a call to see if we can help give you an answer for this one, since it looks like we didn't get any replies from our community members. We'll be in touch!
Update 10/12/2016: it looks like we had a support tech reach out to you and we went over using our Sales Report (Sales | Reports | Sales Reports | Sales Report) or using the Invoice List Report (Sales | Reports | Invoice List Report) to capture the information you were looking for.
Presumably this was done by adding a filter for Product Part Number and searching for a particular Item.
