History on Mobile vs History on main program

Still not using ESC for invoicing....  How come when I hit history on the mobile app it will give me every dispatch for the location but when using the main program there has to be an invoice created so that history will show up on the printed dispatch ticket..  is there something I can do other than creating an invoice?

  • Hey Mike!

    They expanded the 'history' on the mobile app to not be just the history from invoices but also lists all dispatches and invoices. Now the mobile tech can open and view prior dispatches and invoices. But when talking about History in the office, that's a very specific function based on Invoicing.

  • So, If I don't create an invoice -  at ESC in office under history tab we can not see the dispatch history for the customers.
