Mobile Invoicing Commerical Jobs
We are new to mobile invoicing. We price up our commercial jobs in the office. Is there anyway to capture the signature for repair without pricing out the service ticket?

Hi Shirley! Signature Capture, on Mobile ESC, is done through the Invoice/pricing.
As a newbie to ESC we are demoing MOBILE but we do not want to invoice the customer through the mobile ap. We need to be able to invoice internally through ESC - Is there an option for the service ticket to be transmitted to the customer after capturing a signature and not an invoice. Our technicians dont invoice on site - but ESC mobile assigns an invoice number and emails the customer an invoice with ZERO dollars since our technicians are not responsible to price it out. this can cause lots of problems for us
