Highlighting Important Details In Dispatches
I think it would be very helpful to be able to change the font size, use bold print, or even be able to highlight important information in the technicians dispatches.

I highly agree. There are plenty of times I wanted to draw attention to a description on a dispatch but could not do that. So I had to call the technician and interrupt their work.
