Status Codes Email Notifications

It would be nice to change the status codes email notifications to only affect customers that have a COD rather than it sending to all customers including those whom call and cancel their service requests. As we have had on occasion a customer call and request services and then change their minds and we cancel these calls, I do not like the fact it will send a Job Completion email notification to these customers once I hit complete on the dispatch. There are other options to make this feature work better, ie: only apply the feature if the customer has been closed out by a technician in the field or only customers that are completed with COD. I am sure there are many ways to make this feature work better within ESC. Maybe something for ESC to look in to for the near future.
